In case of the Equipment failure or by any other reason, which demands the urgent arrival of the Executor’s specialist, - the Customer should submit the urgent request for the specialist call, which is signed by the authorized Customer’s person, to the Executor’s fax and duplicates the request by voice via Executor’s dispatcher service phone.

If it is necessary to call the Executor’s specialist to do the scheduled maintenance, consultations, additional instructions for the personnel – the Customer should submit the request for the specialist call, signed by the Customer’s authorized person, to the Executor’s fax and should provide the access to the site at the Customer’s territory.

In case of urgent request the Executor should provide the specialist arrival in order to examine visually the Equipment and to take high priority measures as for the restoring of Equipment’s operating condition.

The Executor’s specialist examines visually the Equipment and takes high priority measures as for the restoring of Equipment’s operating condition in normal mode (without redundancy) and for the Equipment’s repair.

If it is necessary the Executor makes a repair of the Equipment or failed parts of Equipment. If there are no necessary spare parts at the Executor’s stock, the repair will be shifted for the time period, which is necessary for spare parts delivery form the Equipment producer.

Technical support includes:
         supporting of the Customer by the technical information as for the equipment operation;
         consultation via phone call as for the equipment operation;
         consultation via phone call as for the solving of problems which can occur during the equipment operation.
As an additional service the service personnel can be trained as for the types of equipment according to the approved schedule (4 or 8 hours).

Conditions of necessary spare parts and materials stock provision, which are necessary for the maintenance and operation

The spare parts and materials set can be supplied for the maintenance and operation, the cost of it is the certain percent of the Equipment price.
The service package “All inclusive” ensures the availability of the full set of spare parts for the equipment repair, except the large parts of the diesel genset and power transformers, and also throttles of UPS PW Plus and PW9340.

Service center labour costs

The labour costs of the service center depend on the type, model and capacity of the equipment and also on the type, level and conditions of the performed services.
