It’s no secret that Ukraine is very dependent on imports of primary energy sources – natural gas, oil, fuel oil. Meanwhile, a huge amount of waste potential is emitted and pollutes the atmosphere. These are mine gas, and methane emitted from landfills, as well as a number of industrial waste gases: coke oven, converter, blast furnace, ferroalloy gases, which are released and often uselessly discarded during the steelmaking process.
