Obligations to perform work arise in connection with the signing of a contract for the supply of 2G Energy cogeneration modules, peripheral equipment for a facility under construction, or an engineering contract for the implementation of the entire facility on a turnkey basis.

1. When supplying 2G Energy cogeneration modules, the scope of work to be performed is determined in the supply contract or in a separate contract for the performance of work agreed with the Customer. The 2G Energy modules are delivered unassembled, including additional equipment on several vehicles. For example, a 1-2 MW module, open version, is delivered by 2…3 standard 20-ton trucks (trucks), and in a container version by 2…3 trucks, plus one container platform. The scope of work for the delivery of modules may include:

  • construction work to prepare the site for the installation of cogeneration modules;
  • unloading of cogeneration equipment;
  • installation of containers and other additional equipment on prepared foundations;
  • assembly of containers and installation of thermal, electrical and other communications between the elements of cogeneration equipment;
  • preparation for pre-commissioning work on launching cogeneration modules by filling all circuits and batteries with process fluids, testing hydraulic circuits and the electrical part of the modules;
  • carrying out commissioning works with filling in the protocol of testing the functioning of cogeneration modules (usually carried out by representatives of the manufacturer of cogeneration
  • equipment).

2. When signing a contract for the supply of not only cogeneration modules, but also peripheral equipment (substation, transformer and distribution equipment, gas cleaning system and other equipment), the scope of work, in addition to the work already listed in paragraph 1, may include the following:

  • civil works to prepare the site for the installation of peripheral equipment of the cogeneration plant, including the possible construction of an appropriate building to accommodate technological and
  • administrative premises in the complex (ABK);
  • installation of peripheral equipment on prepared foundations or in appropriate process rooms;
  • installation of thermal, electrical and other communications between the elements of peripheral equipment, performance of other installation works on the building of the administrative building;
  • carrying out thermal and electrical tests of all technological equipment of a cogeneration power plant or Energy Center
  • carrying out commissioning works with filling in the protocol of testing the functioning of the cogeneration power plant as a whole.

3. When signing an engineering contract for the implementation of the Turnkey Project, the work is carried out in accordance with the calendar schedule of work, based on the terms of the contract.

4. As a rule, all contracts for the above works in terms of the agreed volumes and prices are carried out in accordance with the design and estimate documentation for the facility under construction.

5. In case of conclusion of an engineering contract for the implementation of the Turnkey Project, including the development of design estimates, the project may be limited to the “Project” (P) stage, this level is sufficient for its examination, if necessary. The need for the stage “Detailed Design” (WP), where all the details of the installation are signed, for the installation organization, disappears, because All stages of construction are carried out by one structure. And all the details of the installation for future operation will be reflected in the protocols of the opened works in phased photographic materials.
